We are pleased to confirm that our planning application has now been officially submitted to the City of London Corporation. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the public consultation on the proposals. We will continue to keep you informed about its progression and provide the planning reference number as soon as the City assigns and when the application documents are released for public view.

We are pleased to present the revised design for 1 Undershaft. Ahead of submitting a planning application to the City of London Corporation, we have taken on-board your comments, made some key changes to the design of our proposals and have worked hard to ensure the proposals deliver on the opportunity provided by this important City location.
